This was a new build project with the brief being open plan entertaining flowing out to an outdoor deck and lawn area. All the bedrooms are on the first floor to enable flow between lounges, dining and kitchen at ground floor level. 3 car garaging at basement level completes this large modern home that looks striking with mixed claddings of vertical and horizontal weatherboards.
